I am going chick crazy ........I don't remember my other chickens being so darn cute....maybe because they were 2 week old pullets when I got them? With these new lil chicks I just want to..... hold them....and squeeze them..... and love them .....and pet them :aww ....and call them George!

I have lost one of the RIR, I have been checking on them every few minutes( I can't seem to stop wanting to look at them.....at around 1pm I found one had died....

TY speckledhen.... I think I will have to wait and see whats what....I have 40 BR chicks and each ones spot looks different!

It might be a little hard to accomidate all 95 chicks perfectly. Most are chirping softly, but once and a while 1 or 2 with chirp load and sharp. Those 1 or 2 will have to just take what they can get! LOL

My chick order of 104 day old pullets came this morning. Now what? I took them out of the box one by one and introduced them to water and the waterer. Most if not all seem to have understood! That I think is a plus. I mixed vitamin and electrolytes in the water. They were hatched Monday, how...
