    You might want to carefully disinfect the incubator/hatcher and then let it sit in the sun. The temps and humidity make incubators the perfect breeding ground for bacteria. That may not be the problem at all, but it's one fix that is easy and it can't hurt. Since your chicks are able to hatch...
