Well, it's not quite a week, but we have been giving her vitamins and massaging her neck and she is doing much better. I can still pick her out from the other Sussex chicks because her head is slightly turned. Overall she is doing very well. Thanks for your help!!
My chick sort of looks like that, but he is looking left and up. Probably the same idea though. I like the idea of rubbing her neck to straighten it a bit. I feel hopeful reading all of your stories.
