Evan a little sugar preferably brown sugar water will help if you cant get nutri-drench. anything sooner is better than nothing to get him some needed energy to get on his feet eating and drinking.

That's good at least he is getting something. and like others stated nutri- drench is really good for giving them a jump start. And it works fast.

Yes turkey poults are normally walking within hours after hatch. They are a little clumsy but normally just for first 24 hours.
