    They're a lethal gene and I just find them pointless. Plus they make it so much harder to hatch shipped eggs since there's already a lower chance with shipped eggs, PLUS odds of lethality for at least some of the surfing embryos. If they weren't lethal, I might be attracted to them

    In my genetics book, scientists purposely (somehow gently) shook eggs during incubation and before and ender up with a noticeable percentage (I think it was like 7 percent) of surviving embryos that showed the trait when they didn't have the genetics

    It's fine if it's genetic. Won't harm any birds and unlikely you'll get a ton with only one parent having it.

    It can be genetic or from a flaw in development in the egg. If it's gebetic, it will have poor fertility, if it's a flaw in development it Should be fine to get chicks from
