Unless you bought them sexed that is what you would expect, half and half. You could process the boys or re-home them. That many cockerels would be a burden on you and your pullets.

It's either a hatchery type Buckeye or one of the new types of Easter egger. I have no idea which one, though. And yes, it is definitely, 100% a cockerel. He's pretty handsome whatever he may be. I'm sorry you got another cockerel. That is a bummer.
