Dang it! I was all happy thinking I may have been able to help. On the plus, I never thought of using the leg color to identify, and as I result of this post I can tell my 8 week old White Maran and White Leghorn chicks apart. :cool:- Jessi.Smith

Newby here and not really a bird identifier... but could the white ones be White Marans? They have red ears, combs and waddles, and grayish legs. I am attaching a picture I have of a White Maran Hen (not mine, I saved it from My Pet Chicken)- Jessi.Smith
