I left out part of the instructions. Type the way you want the link to look in your reply box, then highlight it. Then do the steps I described above.

In Rich Text Editor: copy the url you want to link to, click on the icon in the reply box that is circled above, right click on URL box, paste, click OK. It's no different from before this last change, except that the icon looks a little different. Is that clear as mud?
