I don’t know why my ameraucanas have tufts on the tops of their heads. It’s confusing, but i’m new to chickens, forgive me.

I have four chicks all of them seven (almost 8) weeks old. The dark brown and stripey ones are supposed to be ameraucanas (I got them from a breeder). I suspect they’re both roosters. The black australorp I think is a hen and the Orpington I’m pretty sure is a hen. Just making sure :)
