I just saw that they are still a sponser here on BYC. Maybe they should be removed since there are obviously still issues with them.

I got one of my incubators from them without any problems, BUT there have been a lot of issues with them since then. I haven't paid any attention so I don't know if they still are, but they were a sponser on here.
