The first ones (14 aruacana and a doz of my own marans) went in on the night of the 16th and the others (12 buff orps and some more BLRW ) went in on the night of the 18th. I'll be glad when I can candle!!

OK...the eggs just went in the incubator....14 araucana eggs from Jody and 10 of my own marans eggs. The countdown begins

The first are going in the incubator tonight! and the rest will be staggered over the next 2 or 3 days...depending on when they get here.

Some more blrw and hopefully some buff orps. My blue/black orps aren't coming till the end of february.

It's all you guys' (and you know who you are!!) and my silkies fault!! All of my last chicks are outside in the coop now except for 6 little silkies that are still in my basement. If I didn't have to go down to take care of them and see those incubator setting empty and read about the eggs...

Ok....I must confess I caved. Couldn't handle the incubators not going anymore. Got some eggs from Jody, with some more on the way.
