Scrambled eggs... everything inside moves very freely. It's not easy to spot. The less you mess with the eggs the better. When you candle and about three or four days you should be able to tell if they're starting to develop or not.

Beware it may not actually be a detached air cell...it could be a scrambled egg which most likely won't develop.

I have set detached air cell eggs before and I didn't treat them any differently than a "regular" egg. I incubate all of my eggs vertical, not laying down.
