I had 4 chicks hatch. One passed today from unknown causes. I have one blue and 2 black left. We understand it's not True Lemon Blue. But until someone comes up with a new name and starts calling it something different I don't know what to call it.

My chicks are due to hatch Friday. So I will put up pictures of my new babies as soon as they hatch!

Thanks Lynne for the eggs. I love them. I am about to go crazy waiting and I just put them in this morning. Actually right now I have a goat doe due, and I think she might kid tonight. But it's going slow, so at least waiting for that is distracting me a little bit.

Aww thats depressing that you didn't get any lemon blues. Maybe you'll get lucky and the blue one with color coming in with change to look more like Lemon Boy. I will be really really sad if I get eggs and none come out lemon blue. Darn genetics. lol Beautiful birds anyway.

I will be watching this thread. I am ordering some eggs from her this fall. I find her Lemon Blues absolutely stunning. Come on people. Give us some updated photos to oogle at.
