Floppy fence. Get you some of the plastic deer fencing. NOT the thin bird netting but the 7ft black plastic fencing. Cut it to about 1.5 ft wide and staple that (so it stands up) to the top of your fence. They won't land on anything they are not sure it's solid. It might help.
