Poop boards are great if you have a walk in coop. I have an elevated coop and I know if I had to climb in it every day to clean that would be miserable. You want to make the cleaning as easy as possible so that you can spend more time enjoying your girls. Not crawling around in the coop.

Maybe I can't tell from the pictures but how are you going to clean the poop shelves? Will you have to climb up in it everyday? It looks way tight in there already.
