How old is this chick? Usually they will die within a few days from the subsequent infection/blockage of the digestion, so I would put it out of its misery. I just had one hatch with a similar problem, that I put down. But maybe someone else will chime in with a success story.

To me this looks as if part of the intestines are hanging out.
