Thank you both! This should help. I just wish I had put the chicken in the fridge so we didn't have to wait for the next one that dies. I'm pretty sure my husband would not have let me!

We just lost our 6th chicken (about 1 per month, some sudden, one sick for 4 wks). I'd like to know where to get a necropsy before all of our favorite chickens are gone. We live near Houston. It needs to be really cheap! Thanks, Laura
