I have a live trap outside now for a neighbor's escaped roo. It has her hen's nest straw in it w scratch, mealworms, and water bowl. It also sits over the spot where he likes to dust bathe in my yard. He's a brat and got away twice, so I added new treats for lures.
Thanks for the add. Have been raising hens for a few years, but recently expanded into quail, fertile eggs, and roosters. So now I have gone from two rescued hens to a dozen...lol. mostly RI Reds, a couple of Americaunas, and everyone is bossed by my Jersey black. All have been rescues...
