This leg appears to be bent. I didn't notice bump last night. Someone had told me to straighten it as best I can and tape it. Then watch it for a few days. I was examining it again earlier tonight when we noticed the bump. Hoping it didn't suffer a compound fracture or something and it's now...

Was thinking same thing....pus. Didn't touch it. Wanted to reach out to someone first. If it is mushy, should we try to let the pus out. And, if we do, is there something in particular we can use to doctor it?

Just got baby chicks a week ago. One started limping yesterday and we noticed this today. Anyone seen this before? It can't put weight on it. Any help would be appreciated. The vet is operating on an emergency only basis due to CV so we're just trying to the diy approach. Thanks!
