    This leg appears to be bent. I didn't notice bump last night. Someone had told me to straighten it as best I can and tape it. Then watch it for a few days. I was examining it again earlier tonight when we noticed the bump. Hoping it didn't suffer a compound fracture or something and it's now...

    Ok. Thunderstorms right now and chicks are in shed outside. Will try to get out there and post pic as soon as I can. That said, here is a pic I took last night. Not great but does show legs. Will get a better one. Sorry for heat lamp lighting.

    Not sure but I assume that's the location of injury. It won't grasp your finger with the foot on that side but it will with the other.     Just got baby chicks a week ago. One started limping yesterday and we noticed this today. Anyone seen this before? It can't put weight on it. Any help would be appreciated. The vet is operating on an emergency only basis due to CV so we're just trying to the diy approach. Thanks!
