If you click each heading it will take you to the thread and each thread has a photo example of the comb type. So even if you have to click them all before you find the one you want, you'll still learn the comb types and what they look like.

I don't think so. As long as you took the photo and know the approximate age of the bird and know its breed, it should be fine. Nifty may have a different opinion though, so maybe wait and see.

Yes, you can enter a mixed breed. And it doesn't matter if it's a hen or rooster.

He's a Polish, so like hdowden mentioned he should go in the V comb contest. :) Wow... That IS an interesting comb! I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like a single comb mix - not sure with what though. If you want you could go ahead and enter him in the single contest.

We don't have a set end date yet -- it's still TBD. In the meantime keep submitting all your great photos!

There's no set deadline yet. It's hinging on how many submissions we get. The threads linked in the first post are the ones posted a few days ago. Those are where you submit your photos.

No, it doesn't have to be a recent picture. As long as it was taken by you, the date doesn't matter.
