Thank you all for your suggestions! I know we deff need ventilation. I'm thinking about cutting some of the wood out of the top sides of the coop, adding hindges and screen behind it. That way I can still close it up when it rains/snows...sound like a good idea? And suggestions on roosting...

We are in the process of finishing our coop. The lid for the nesting boxes is VERY heavy. I'm looking for suggestions on how to fix this problem. Also, we have not finished the inside of the coop. They dont have a place to roost yet. All suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated! I'm knew at this...
