Tell me about it, I'm busily looking for a 8-10 acre farm and my DH is exasperated... I say this as we have the roof tore off this house and are doing a total renovation. I remind him that I can live very happily with my chickens! The sad part is I may have found the farm I want about 10 miles...

If I had more than a 1/4 acre... sigh... still looking for that perfect little farm house to support my addiction. I want Orps and Favorelles, and Doms, and well.. the list goes on.
So then to add insult to injury at the swap... I got to talking with this nice young lady about incubators.. and I find myself surfing the web looking at eggs and bators... I keep finding myself in deeper and deeper! Thinking mmm marans would be nice.. or favorelles... or...
So, I went to a swap/meet in Waddington NY... and I promised myself I wouldn't do it.... one ameraucana and one Ameraucana/Polish Cross (what a combo right??) and I still... need... more.... I'll post a pick of my two new pullets later
