Keep the humidity pretty high, like 70%, but no you don't have to mist them.

Do you have any Triple Antibiotic Ointment? If the membrane is white that's ok. Yellow is what's bad. They definitely still need a lot of time.

It's very rare for chicks to drown. It's only when the air cell is intact, and the chick internally pips into it, and drowns in fluid. That is only if your humidity was too high throughout incubation. Like, 60% plus.

Have you checked the temp in your incubator with a calibrated thermometer? I'm guessing your temp is way off. Can you post a pic of the eggs? I'm guessing they won't be ready for another 2 or 3 days yet.
