Just want to say thanks everyone for the help with the brooder. I was able to get the girls settled in to a safe and secure brooder. They seem happy although way more skittish than my silkies.
The silkies would hop into my hand when I put it in the enclosure these Buffs run the other way...
So my silkies didn't make it.
My dog chewed up the box they were using a brooder and well... I'm not sure what the heck happened. Maybe they died of freight or a draft. They didn't have any marks on them and the only reason I know the dog got at the brooder was the dog sized hole in the wall...
