It really depends on how long the temp was that high float testing might work I’ve never used that method so I don’t know for sure

You said they were quail eggs? If so them being so close to hatch some might be ok did the eggs feel hot to the touch?

I would candle before doing anything else

I had eggs in an incubator that reached 107 for I don’t know how long I was on day 8 or 9 and it killed them your best bet would be to candle them and see if you see blood rings or if the babies are still alive but my guess is they aren’t but I do hope I’m wrong
