Pullet

I read (several sources) that a hen will have more of a mushroom shape top hat. For me, this proved to be true. Roos have a wild and crazy doo. I think you may have a girl on your hands but I'm new to chickens!

I'd say roo and the silver laced is a pullet. I am by no means an expert tho!!!
