I have had lots of both Red and Black Sex Links over the years and they have been my best layers, typically laying 5 to 6 eggs per week per hen. I currently have 7 Black Sex Links in my flock and I get about 37-40 eggs per week from those 7 hens.

She is a Red Sex Link hen. They are egg laying machines, even better than Production Reds. You will get lots of eggs from that girl. :o)
