What an awesome brooder she looks like she shrunk she is so small in it. Yes good for you to get her some niacin especially since Pekins seem to really have the leg issues they grow so fast. On nice days above 60 [if you have any of those] I'd get her outside so she can really run around and get...

Thank you for making me laugh out loud this morning, I would have loved to have seen it all. Sounds like you have it all covered and as for the kiddy pool she'd be jumping out of it in no time anyway so best to scratch that for now except for swimming. LOL do you have a large dog crate that's...

From all I've heard Mama pro is great feed and if it specifically says for ducklings and contains niacin then I wouldn't think you'd need to supplement just keep an eye on it which you are. Bigger brooder is in order for sure give her more space to run around and build up her legs. Once you give...

WOW, big difference in size. did you ever get her a mirror? she really needs to know what she is. And it will be great company for her. I hope she is also bringing you pleasure along with the craizes. When I had my lone ducking inside I used a towel and would put him under it like a mama...

Makes me miss having my baby in the house except he is 2.5 yrs old now but I can still go out and snuggle him any time I want too, but not the same as having them snuggle when babies. Even my dh loved having that lil thing in the house. So okay you need to takes lots of pics. duckling with...

A mirror will help loads in giving her some company when you can't be there for her. and watch that hole they grow so fast you wouldn't want to come home one day and find she got her head stuck inside and couldn't get back out. I know I am a worry wort.

That is just the sweetest pics, and yes they are very demanding, too bad you can't find her a friend, have you looked on craigslist or petfinder? or Carolina Water fowl? she needs a stuffed animals to cuddle with and a non breakable mirror so she has someone to talk to. So far the only heated bowl that stopped working was the one I dropped on the patio [stone] and it cracked. I place a board over a section of my heated buckets to keep the ducks from climbing into them and my geese from splashing out all the water. lol they can still dunk their heads just can't...

They are great aren't they? I have 3 heated dog bowls I use them for fermented feed, yes my flock gets warmed food of a morning. LOL and I use the heated buckets they sure make life easier for us. All of mine except one bowl are going into their 4th winter so they last a good while too.
