I was thinking about a pop up party tent for butchering so I wasn't in the sun, but they usually need 2 people to put up I don't have a regular helper and the wind would take it down for me if I left it up.

Probably the neighbors would complain. But I have a Byc friend that butchers in his garage. Just put up plastic for blood splatter.
