In my Brahma pen there is 1 Gold Laced roo 1 palomino roo 1 palamino hen and like 7 gold laced hens.
Wgatas the palamino used for? I know buff laced x gold laced is gonna have split GL/BL. But I'm lost as to what the palominos use is for...

Hopefully their better than crackles brahmas. I got 15 buff brahmas about a month ago. Now I only have 4 buffs and 1 gold laced looking Brahma that's definitely not a buff. But all the other ones that died were just super small and didn't want to grow. Even now I have one that all feathered in...
Right. Yea I definitely understand what you mean about hatchery vs. Breeder birds.
But Cackle Hatchery dosent offer gold laced. Just Light, Dark and Buff.
It looks like the main noticeable difference is at the "elbow" of the legs. The males make a sideways "V" shape. Where as the females just come down straight? Is this a clue? I also have another question. I posted a picture of a mystery Brahma that came in a group of buff brahmas from cackle...
