    It's the viral diseases that are different. Not sure if human pox and avian pox will cross react on the test...if you're trying to rule out fowl pox

    It does look wet and crusty like Pox, that's more common than immune disease :)

    It could be an immune problem/ autoimmune skin disease. They are rare but if the lesions are not responding to antibiotics or other topical meds for the more common diseases, it could be immune mediated. Also, AI disease favors mucocutaneous junctions - around the eyes, feet, mouth, etc. AI...
