The brown one that lays a blue egg is definitely an Easter Egger of some sort (hatcheries and stores sell them with many different names.) The brown one that lays a brown egg is probably an Easter Egger too. When hatcheries are breeding Easter Eggers, they often end up with a few that lay brown...- NatJ
