It looks like different bird in the back of your second photo - cockerelish, but it could just be the photo. There is no way to know age, but they are definitely young and most likely pullets. My guess is 8-10 weeks, but I could be way off.

I can't see the photos... often cockerels are dropped off at rescues as people don't know what to do with them, so I would double check that they are indeed pullets/hens.
