Thank you everyone. We’ve decided to only use the cozy coop heater if the temps get below -10. Otherwise they should be just fine.
I check on them several times a day anyway, so I can see how they’re handling the cold.
We don’t plan to add any heat unless it’s absolutely necessary, -20 continuously.
our coop has very thick insulated walls with 2 vents.
We got the cozy coop panel heater as a backup should, or rather when, it turns nasty cold.
