O.K. I figured out how to peel the eggs. Even after steaming for 20 minutes and stuck into a big bowl of ice water for another 20 they still need to be refrigerated overnight. P- P-Funk

Wow I never expected such a response I use, and have always used, this little cooker. The big eggs peel like an orange. I will try letting them sit in the fridge for a while to age, or just eat them raw - shell and all. ....- P-Funk

My 2 Anconas started laying about 2 months ago. Despite the fact these girls are HUGE their eggs are tiny and nearly impossible to peel after hard cooking. What's going on?- P-Funk
