Is this a salmon favorelle?
Does everyone at Hoover in charge of the breeding pens just stay drunk now? Did they hire a bunch of young children to manage them? This is a first. That down color is crazy in contrast to that plumage coming in. Looks like a mixed pattern.- Painted Calls

That is ODD. Wheaten is not a color found in Cochins. Not recognized and not one I've seen anyway. Op, post a pic when it is fully feathered out. I'm beyond interested to see what this one looks like later.- Painted Calls
