I've been looking into tripod waterers- are they good?

So I've gone through 3 waterers in a year. THREE! I need some suggetions! No nipples please, I want one that they can all gather around! I've spent over 10 pounds replacing waterers, so I'm okay with anything up to 25 pounds.
