I've been questioning the age of my chicks myself. I did not hatch them, but got them from a farm and I'm not sure they were all as old as I was told! Hopefully some more people can weigh in on this for you.- PirateGirl

I'm not an expert, but mine is a bit older and has no sign of a comb at all, you may have a roo. Here is a pic to compare.- PirateGirl
