A week, and it still doesn't seem to heal...what should I do?

One of my button chicks seem to have a spraddle leg on top of curled toes. I did all I can do for the past 4 days including taping. The curled toes are ok now, but the spraddle does NOT seem to go away. The leg feels a little tight but the hock feels normal. A little help please? Don't think...
