    Mix one teaspoon epsom salt into 1/2 cup of warm water and syringe into mouth twice a day for a couple days. Or you could try a molasses flush which might be more palatable for your bird which is one teaspoon molasses in about 1/4 cup of water. I've been told only to use the molasses flush once...

    Never heard of a crop issue like this, but want to confirm that she has access to grit and also suggest a crop flush. I don't know if a blockage could be causing her issue, but since she doesn't seem to be improving it might be worth a shot.

    Are you sure there is nothing she could have eaten? Bedding, dirt, etc? Chickens will eat anything and I can't think of how the crop could be full and hard without ingesting something. A yeast infection might cause gas to fill the crop but I don't think it would feel hard...

    Sounds like you don't feed your flock any formulated pellets or crumble? Obviously a lot of the world doesn't buy special chicken food for their birds, but cracked corn and grains aren't a balanced diet for chickens (not enough vitamins and protein), so if that's mostly what they are eating that...
