When I’ve had spare milk (past date but not “bad”) I’ve used it to make mash - either with regular chicken feed, oatmeal, stale bread, etc. You’d usually use water for this, but I figure milk provides more nutrition.

I don’t buy dairy for the flock, but give any leftovers to them. With kids, you often end up with uneaten/drunken bits.
