The skin color is wrong for a D'Uccle. Theirs should be grey or pink looking. The white one also doesn't appear to be porcelain. To me they honestly look like mixes, but I do think asking TSC where they got them from might be a good idea. My bets is that they're a new mix that Hoover's has...

Is there anyway you could call TSC and ask where they're from? The white one is bearded which eliminates my suggestions from before and both have yellow legs/skin which D'Uccles do not.... Very odd

Left looks to be a Mille Fleur D'Uccle. Debating on comb type of the right one. Maybe Light Brahma Bantam or maybe White Cochin Bantam
