It's down looks more splash than lavender to me and the only reasonable lavender bird that a hatchery would carry would be a Lavender Orpington, but they typically have darker and mostly beaks and legs even at this age.

In that case I'm thinking splash. I believe Rural King uses Hoovers so I'm guessing Sapphire Splash as of now. Update as it feathers out!

Are the feathers coming in pure white or more of a dusky grey? It's hard to tell because of the flash.
