I do think so. I'm entirely sure of the politically correct term for this but she appears to have "gypsy face." Here's a picture from Feathersite of young Marans with this trait and here is a thread of a young Blue Marans exhibiting this trait...

I have to guess Blue Marans. They're common for hatcheries to carry and pullets often have dark faces when young :)
