Yes!! See the dark areas on both of their backs, that's where pointed feathers are emerging on these guys! They're indeed cockerels :)

With combs that red and large, I am confident both are boys. If the OP takes some pictures of the saddle area, I suspect we'll even see some pointed feathers emerging
