I haven't dealt with anything like this. I'll do some research but, I would definitely flush it with sterile water, and treat with ointment. Keep her in a calm place. Away from others.

Her ear looks swollen as well. You really need to gently open the eye and look at the eye itself. Anything sharp around you haven't noticed, that she may have gotten a small scratch, and you didn't notice until now? Look for injury. Otherwise treat the eye and comb, ear, etc... And place her...
