When I first got Kalmbach feed, I thought it smelled so much better than the stuff I'd been feeding. I get 50 lb bags, and it all fits into a 10 gallon galvanized pail. The lid is nice and tight too, so I don't need to worry about mice.

My chickens have done well with Kalmbach. I have 6 week old chicks on Starter/Grower. They will end up on the 20% Flock Maker when they integrate with the adults. I have 5 chicks, 5 hens, and a rooster. I keep crushed eggshells and oyster shell available in separate containers.
