I like summer squash sauteed with dill and butter. I don't like it when it's too watery, though -- kind of off-putting.
Now, winter squash... ooh, boy, winter squash. I love that stuff.
Elkman, how many pies could you get out of that huge pumpkin, would you say? That 90-something pound one?
