I don’t know if you or @gtaus are old enough to remember the soda pop trucks carrying full bottles to the stores and emptied ones back but I sure do! They made the most enchanting sound clanking around. Or so I thought haha! Refillable could be huge, so much of that stuff is plastic bottles...

And with all the crud floating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, I've wondered how much of it even makes it to a dump.
