I named a character (a leafwing dragon) Tree. In Navaho. But still. Dumb names often sound better in other languages.

I name my chickens in different ways. Some get a theme, some are named after friends, some are the “ah!! Sparkle!” Method (when I was picking up sparkle, she suddenly flapped her wings in my eyes, and I said “aah sparkle.” Out of surprise. )
